Ceremony Includes:  Bridal Arch,  Podium,  Plants,  Decorations,  up to 20 folding chairs for family & friends,  Set-up & Clean-up
Sorry, we only allow beach ceremonies to
those having their Reception here - Requires Lodging in all 9 rooms - 2 nights minimum

Includes:   "Wine & Hors d'oeuvres" reception -  while Photos are being taken
Unlimited, self-serve House Wine & Beer plus non-alcoholic Punch fountain throughout your event plus Champagne toast
  Plated & Served Salad,  Plated & Served Soup,  Entree Buffet including 2 delicious entrees with all the fixings, Vegetables & Starch, 
Plated and served 2 Tiered Wedding Cake accompanied by Hot Coffee & Hot Tea
Flowers on every table - Large Floral Display on Buffet & Hors-d'oeuvres tables - Flowers in every room
EVENT" Price begins at $8,500 Plus Lodging & Tax
For us to host a Wedding - all 9 rooms must be reserved for 2 nights minimum - Group Room Discount (15%) applies. Lodging is non-refundable & must be paid in full when date is set.
TERMS:
$200 fee to view our property & discuss your event w/ our event coordinator  (deducted if your event is booked here)
50% of "Event" payable upon reserving your event 
Balance due 30 days prior to your event
