Turn Right on A1A (also Known As “Oceanshore Blvd). Go 2 miles, just past S. 23rd St.
Island Cottage is on the right. It has a white picket fence and a Sea Foam Green Metal Roof.
Please park in front of the wall. Ring the bell on the wall to the right of the gate.

…We have a 2 Night MINIMUM. One night, if available, is at the higher, regular posted rate.
…You can enjoy a Noon Check-Out.
…Early Check-Ins are NOT AVAILABLE as that is when we run our errands.
…Check-in time -3 to 5 p.m. After 5 pm, we request a 1 hour arrival window.
…We are a NO SMOKING Inn. Smoking is permitted in DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY*
…SPECIALS are AVAILABLE ONLY while posted.

Please Note: Inn guests who marry on the Inn’s private property automatically accept our charge of $495 for the use of the Inn’s private beach and private dune walkover, plus $20 for each of their guests. To receive the “most” for your $495 ceremony fee, please be sure to make your ceremony arrangements with the Inn when you reserve your room.

Island Cottage is a “Boutique Inn and Spa”. Our rates do not include breakfast which can be added to your stay as an “Upgrade”. Just click the “Check-Availability” button and then add your Indulgence items.

Flagler County Airport is just 10 minutes away. Daytona Airport is just 30 minutes away. Jacksonville and Sanford airports are both 75 minutes away. Orlando airport is 90 minutes away.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
All Rates and Specials are based on 2 person occupancy
A 50% deposit is due on all items and rooms when reserved. Your balance is due on the morning of your expected arrival at which time it becomes non-refundable. Visa and Master Card accepted.
Rooms have a Two Night Minimum. Higher Minimums may apply on certain holidays.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE FEES
CANCELLATIONS on 2 to 12 NIGHT RESERVATIONS incur a $65 fee when canceled more than 14 days from expected arrival. Within 14 days your deposit is forfeited. Same day cancellations & no-shows are all Due in full or per agreement and are non-refundable once received.
RESCHEDULES on 2 to 12 NIGHT RESERVATIONS when more than 14 days from expected arrival, your balance will be charged in full and your reservation becomes non-refundable. No further reschedules are accepted. Requests to reschedule made within 14 days are handled exactly like cancellations.
LONGER TERM CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES: A $65 fee is charged if cancelled more than 120 days before expected arrival – Within 120 days, deposit is forfeited. RESCHEDULES are Not Permitted
EVENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES: Wedding, elopement, event dinners, photography & private party reservations are all payable per agreement and non-refundable once payments are received. RESCHEDULES are Not Permitted.
Spa Services – a 20% gratuity / service fee is automatically added to all spa services reserved.
If you are on a Special Rate or Package for a specified # of nights w/ specified check-in day, a special discounted rate, or specific add-items, you will loose that special rate or discount if you alter any of the requirements for that special or package – or if you reschedule your reservation and that discount or room rate is no longer offered.
- Your rate, once reserved, is guaranteed. Future rate increases or “specials” will not effect your reservation.
- Prices & Specials are subject to change w/out notice
- No check-ins on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or Christmas Eve
- Breakfast is an Optional Upgrade.
- There are numerous restaurants offering breakfast, Lunch & Dinner located w/in 2 miles of the Inn, many overlooking the ocean.
- Refunds do not apply to those who violate our policies and are required to leave. Sorry, there are no refunds for early departures, late arrivals, inclement weather or if beach, fireplace, pool or other amenities are not available during your stay.
- Full Refunds for your unused days if Flagler Beach or your town is under a hurricane watch or warning during your stay.
- Full Refund if hurricane watch or warning occurs in your town or in Flagler Beach within 3 days of your expected arrival.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
No Smoking ~ We charge a flat $300 fee + $50 per night for each night you were here if cigarette, cigar or pipe smoke, in our discretion is detected
No Pets ~ We charge a flat $300 fee + $50 per night for each night you were here if pet odors or pet hair, in our discretion is detected.
